Many customers have been placing orders and or services “on a whim” or placing orders for items they are not sure of, then changing their minds.
This has become very costly and we have been forced to adjust our Cancellation Policy.

Online orders:

• You have 24 hours from date you placed your order to cancel to cancel your order for full refund, unless otherwise specified during your order processing procedure
• After 24 hours, your order is processed. There is no cancellation of orders AFTER 24 hour of placing your order. Cancellation of orders after @$ hours will be charged 100% of the total order. See return policy after this has happened.

Telephone orders:

• You have 24 hours from date you placed your order to cancel your full order for full refund.
• After 24 hours, your order is processed. There is no cancellation of orders AFTER 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation of orders after 24 will be charged 100% of the total order. See Return Policy after this happened.

Business Return Policy

Returnable Items

• Damaged and /or defective products are to be returned for full Exchanged id Heavy Metal Hockey is found to be at fault.
• Heavy Metal Hockey retains the right to refuse any Return or Exchange.

Items that are not Returnable
Heavy Metal Hockey does not accept returns on the following items:

• Any product missing the serial number or UPC. (Check with your Sales Rep. for exceptions)
• Items purchased from sellers other than Heavy Metal Hockey

Partial Refunds

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items at Heavy Metal Hockey’s discretion:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any item that has obvious sign of use.
• Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Returns Center or contact you’re nearest Sales Rep. to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through our Returns Center (you will be refunded your original purchase price less a possible discretionary administration fee once we receive the item.) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Items Purchased from other Sellers
Heavy Metal Hockey offers items for sale both by Heavy Metal Hockey and by registered third-party sellers, it is important in the returns process to know from whom the item was purchased.

If the item to be returned was not sold by Heavy Metal Hockey, you will need to contact the third party seller directly.

Shipping will be from 3-14 days of purchase.
